We are on the lookout for a seasoned Portfolio Lead who is passionate about client management, financial oversight, and project delivery. You will oversee a group of Production Client Leads (PCLs), ensuring the efficient completion of prepaid and project-based work for our complex clients. This role demands a blend of leadership, financial acumen, and a knack for building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a group of 3-4 PCLs, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Mentor PCLs to enhance client satisfaction and service quality.
- Engage in weekly meetings with PCLs and the Operations Lead to monitor project budgets and completion.
- Provide feedback on client needs and business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the HR team to create intentional staff development strategies.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in public accounting, with an emphasis on tax experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a manager.
- CPA required.
- Proven expertise in complex client management and project delivery.
- Strong financial oversight and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on revenue growth opportunities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

- Bachelor’s degree required.

Job Types: Full-time hybrid
Competitive Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year
