Josh is known at BeanLab for his strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. A typical day for Josh involves consulting with clients on important business decisions, collaborating with team members to execute service plans, and ensuring that operations run smoothly. He admires and emulates college football coach Andy Lambert because he inspires his team and invests his energy in the people closest to him.

When Josh was a boy, he wanted to be a professional soccer player when he grew up. Now, he has become a dedicated soccer coach. Some fun facts most may not know about Josh are that he is talented in ping pong and his favorite movie is Dumb and Dumber

Paul is a dedicated professional known for driving efficiency and success in project management. With a passion for optimizing processes and fostering effective communication, he is crucial in ensuring seamless project delivery and operational excellence. With a proven track record of successful project management across diverse industries, he brings a wealth of experience to the BeanLab team.

Outside of BeanLab, he’s an active member of his church community and finds joy in spending quality time with his growing family, cherishing every moment with his loved ones. He enjoys unwinding by watching movies and engaging in spirited board game sessions.

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, she has managed bookkeeping, client management, and staff support, delivering the most effective and efficient financial strategies. She’s a team player, fostering a supportive culture for our staff, and she carries an attentive eye for detail with our clients.

Outside BeanLab, she leads an adventurous life, often hiking through national parks. She loves to spend time with her grandkids, baking beautiful treats and sitting down with a good book.

Anna graduated from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology. She has spent a collective 10 years in client-facing roles, managing sales teams and providing strategic, timely advice to empower clients. Having been a personal trainer for 3 years, Anna strives to apply the same, encouraging persistence and will to succeed in accounting, helping businesses to grow.

Outside of BeanLab, she loves cooking, spending quality time with her family and three dogs, or preparing an excellent meal in the kitchen. In the summer, she enjoys being active outside.

Heather graduated with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Accounting and an Associate’s in Computer Science. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, she has offered practical, efficient financial advice to clients and businesses, helping them to grow and sustain their success. She’s empowered countless clients, assisting them to avoid stagnation.

Outside of BeanLab, she enjoys spending quality time with her family. She loves the great outdoors and is keenly interested in traveling, opting to visit places both close to home and far off.

Ariel graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Entrepreneurial Management, and holds a CPA. He’s driven towards success, empowering clients to grow their businesses in a bigger, better, and healthier way. He always strives to achieve more, guiding clients from complacency into a growth-minded future.

Outside BeanLab, he’s connected to his church community and volunteering services. He loves playing sports, engaging in outdoor activities during the summertime, and playing video games.

Jamie spent 8 years as a self-employed tax professional, doing everything from preparing tax returns to filing Offers in Compromise for her clients. She considers growth-minded accounting to be paramount to saving money and planting the seeds for favorable financial outcomes well into the future.

Outside the office, her husband and three young children also fill her life with joy and activities, with frequent trips to the beach, local parks, and Grandma’s house.

Josiah graduated with a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Judson University. He’s one to take the initiative, spearheading various company projects to significant effect. To him, personal and professional growth is paramount to gaining ground at home and in the office, empowering one to strive for success.

Outside of BeanLab, he’s active in his church community, regularly volunteering and managing the sound system for weekend services. He loves watching or playing sports and enjoys spending time with family and friends, often through board games.

Michele graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. She has over 10 years of experience managing payroll and bookkeeping for her staff, establishing herself as a beacon of reliability and trust in the industry. She is growth-minded, valuing the need to keep up and guide others through evolving laws, technology, and financial regulations.

Outside of BeanLab, she is involved in her local school system, assisting with volunteer work and working alongside local churches. She loves to read, solve crossword puzzles, and spend quality time with her two daughters and two cats.

Michael is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Concordia University. He values the need to grow, with the mindset that there is always more to learn and improve.

Outside of Beanlab, he enjoys playing college football, spending time with his friends, and watching movies with his fiancé.

Stephanie graduated from Trinity International University with a Bachelor’s in Sports and Wellness Management. Stephanie has been all over the world, serving two years as a missionary in China, and has several years of experience as a Youth Sports Coordinator. With her comprehensive breadth of experience, she interacts with clients and staff, ensuring they get the care and attention they need.

Outside of BeanLab, she enjoys mountain biking, reading, and watching her children play sports. She volunteers at Fox Valley Church and helps manage a local soccer club.

Patricia graduated with a Bachelor’s in Interior Design and holds a real estate license. Patricia has owned and operated her own business and has a considerable amount of back-office experience.

She’s growth-minded, pushing her abilities to her limits and helping others grow alongside her.

Outside of BeanLab, she is heavily involved in her children’s school and local church community, volunteering her time and service. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring flea markets and antique stores, and traversing the outdoors.

Deborah has a BFA from Columbia College Chicago, an Associate degree in Baking and Patisserie from CHIC (Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago), and is a Certified Life Coach specializing in Grief and Loss.

For over 14 years, she has volunteered in various ministries, and since 2020, she has been a grief coach for One Million Monarchs, a nonprofit devoted to helping teens and young adults cope with the loss of a parent or sibling. She enjoys hanging with her kids, walking her dog, game nights with her friends, and being in the kitchen in her spare time.

Michael holds an Associate’s degree in Applied Science. He has ten years of warehouse management and construction, and believes growth is required for relevance. He says, “We must grow to keep up with the businesses and laws that are constantly evolving in order to do our jobs to the best of our abilities.”

When Michael is not at BeanLab, he likes doing (self-described) nerdy things such as playing board, video, and tabletop role-playing games.

Kaitlyn is currently working as an accounting intern while pursuing her degree at Southeastern University. She is deeply interested in the field of accounting and is passionate about growth-minded accounting, valuing adaptability and proactive improvement to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

In her spare time, Kaitlyn actively volunteers at Blessings and Hope Food Pantry and is involved in the Fox Valley church. She enjoys cooking, thrifting, and going to the gym.
