We have been using BeanLab for 6+ years now, and have absolute faith and trust in this team. Normally, this is where reviews end. But 2018 was an intense year for our family. My husband began working as a contractor which- uh oh! means we had to figure out estimated taxes and other deductions. A short phone call set us up for success even before the start of the year. BUT THEN.... I ended up hospitalized several times over the year. I'm the primary bookkeeper of the family, so this was a hard hit for us. In addition, the medical bills overwhelmed our financial planning for the year. I reluctantly came back to the BeanLab team with my concerns and failure to be as organized as I wanted to be. They handled our case with SO much patience, and care, and concern. It took multiple emails and a phone call to straighten out the mess we ended up with. We even had to set up a payment plan with the IRS, but through every step, I felt taken care of. I will ALWAYS recommend BeanLab to my friends and family. Not only do I love these guys, I feel that they genuinely care about my family and me.
